Dr. Dave Maharajh is a nationally respected urologist and healthcare executive, serving as both Chief Medical Officer and CEO of PrecisionPro BioTech and PrecisionPro AI Diagnostics. He leads the clinical strategy behind Canada’s first Health Canada–approved robotic prostate biopsy platform, ensuring its seamless integration into hospitals and urology clinics across the country.

Kristian Bainey is the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) at PrecisionPro BioTech and PrecisionPro AI Diagnostics, where he leads the development of Canada’s first Health Canada–approved AI-integrated robotic biopsy platform. His work in real-time imaging fusion, predictive targeting, and workflow automation is transforming prostate diagnostics with precision and efficiency.

With over 15 years of experience in information systems and AI integration, Kristian holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Information Systems, along with certifications in Artificial Intelligence (MIT), PMP, CSM, Prosci, and ITIL. He is a leader in digital health transformation and AI-driven project execution.

Kristian is the #1 best-selling author of AI-Driven Project Management (Wiley, 2024) and co-author of two additional books on AI in environmental assessment and project management. He also developed Alberta’s first AI-Driven Project Management (PM-AI) certificate program. A frequent global speaker, he focuses on AI’s role in healthcare innovation and operational excellence.

At PrecisionPro, Kristian leads scalable AI/ML/LLM platform development and digital transformation initiatives. He applies PMI, Agile, DevOps, and PROSCI methods to drive results and is a passionate advocate for the future of quantum computing in health tech.

Ken Bainey brings a distinguished legacy in Information Technology leadership to his role as Chief Financial Officer at PrecisionPro AI Diagnostics. With over four decades of experience, including high-impact tenures as Chief Information Officer for major public and private sector organizations, Ken now guides the financial and strategic growth of Canada’s most advanced AI-driven robotic biopsy initiative.

At PrecisionPro, Ken leverages his deep expertise in IT systems, enterprise optimization, and data-driven decision-making to ensure strong fiscal governance and sustainable scaling. His cross-functional insight allows him to bridge finance, technology, and operations—ensuring that every investment in AI integration, clinical deployment, and product innovation aligns with the company’s long-term growth and profitability goals.

Previously, as CIO for the Government of Alberta’s Ministries of Infrastructure and Transportation, Ken earned Premier’s Awards of Excellence for transformative leadership. His experience with industry giants like IBM, Petro-Canada, EPCOR, and Canadian Pacific Railway brings unparalleled credibility to his financial stewardship at PrecisionPro.

An MBA graduate from Edinburgh Business School and a published author of two acclaimed textbooks on IT project and performance management, Ken combines strategic vision with operational discipline. At PrecisionPro BioTech, he plays a key role in positioning the company for leadership in AI-assisted diagnostics, helping bring precision cancer detection to healthcare systems nationwide.
